There is plenty of website traffic of people searching for accommodation and travel information for this bustling city and a vast offering of riad hotels. The goal was to reach these booking prospects through social media and showcase the charming MR boutique hotels and their welcoming, dedicated staff and ‘home from home’ experience.
Our response was to create dynamic audiences of people currently searching for accommodation in Marrakech and deliver sponsored Facebook ads of carousels and Instant Experiences of the MR collection of riads. This provided a platform for educating people on the amazing team as well as the properties, positioning Marrakech Riad as both inviting and trusted in amongst the overwhelming choice and competition.
Tapping into previous guest data, an audience was built of people that had stayed at the riads previously. Ensuring this group was shown Facebook page posts drove social proof and endorsements. This content was then promoted to prospective guests adding further confidence and reassurance about the brand.
