About
Samantha graduated from the University of Sussex with a BA Honours in English Literature in 1998. After graduating she spent two years working for a small PR company in Hampshire as an account executive, at the same time completing an Advanced Certificate with the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM). Whilst here she handled a range of private and public sector accounts.
During a year out in Australia she did a brief stint in the marketing department of Coca Cola, before returning to the UK and joining a London based travel PR agency in 2001. Here she worked on accounts including Tourism New Zealand, Hong Kong Tourism Board and Discover Winchester, gaining coverage across regional and national print and broadcast media.
In 2004 Samantha relocated to Devon, where she joined one of the UK’s leading marketing and representation companies, specialising in luxury safari camps and lodges. From here she went on to work as a safari consultant for a web based company, selling safaris direct to the consumer, further broadening her Africa product knowledge and tourism expertise.
Now a freelance consultant, Samantha offers the ideal ‘extra pair of hands’ for a personal and comprehensive approach.
